We’re now well into the New Year and we’re excited about the future here at Grosvenor Interiors.

We’re delighted that our trained and experienced professional design team, who have worked for over 20 years in extremely challenging environments in hospitals to transform the way patients feel, have also recently turned their attention to wall art in schools, using their skills to get the most from students, employing images which stimulate creative thought and enhance the learning process.

We love the reaction we’ve had to the wall art in schools that we’ve installed so far – students feel valued because their school is prioritising their wellbeing by improving their surroundings and staff are excited and motivated by the new look in their school.

Following on from this, we’ve recently launched our new website so when you reach the Grosvenor Interiors landing page, all you need to do is click on your appropriate area of interest – healthcare, education or workspaces – and you will be taken to a separate website for that area.

Schools and Academies Event.

A highlight for us towards the end of 2022 was exhibiting at the Schools and Academies Shows at the NEC. It was a very well attended event and we met some lovely people from schools, academies and multi-academy trusts from around the country. We were pleased to be able to offer a free piece of Wall Art in our prize draw – congratulations to our winner, Ribblesdale School in Clitheroe. We look forward to installing your free Wall Art very soon.

It was a wonderful opportunity for us to explain just what a difference wall art in schools can make to how you feel – whether you want to be uplifted or calmed down, staff, students and visitors can all benefit.

New Staff.

We’re delighted to announce the recent appointment of two new members to our team. Firstly, David May has joined our design team to help cope with the increasing demand, with his extensive experience graphic design, coupled with his knowledge of visual layout capabilities and his natural creative flair, we know he’ll bring great value to Grosvenor Interiors.

Lesley Morris has also joined us as Communications Manager, bringing with her 20 years’ experience of working in media and a further 20 years’ experience working in schools. Recent hospital projects Our designers have also been keeping busy on new hospital projects – one which has been particularly well received is our design for a waiting area for patients who are about to undergo an operation in Sheffield Hospital, where we used photos of the surrounding area, particularly the local area including the Peak District, to brighten up the walls.

Recent hospital projects.

Our designers have also been keeping busy on new hospital projects – one which has been particularly well received is our design for a waiting area for patients who are about to undergo an operation in Sheffield Hospital, where we used photos of the surrounding area, particularly the local area including the Peak District, to brighten up the walls.

With no privacy and staff having to crouch down to get parents to sign forms, the updated scheme includes a sectioned-off area with manifestation to the glazing which allows light to show through but keeps the space private. The heather from the local landscape has been blown up to create a macro image in the privacy area and a timber effect has been used on the walls, creating a natural, calming effect.

We were delighted with the reaction from the hospital who were blown away with the design and have since asked us to design a staffroom and staff kitchen for them as well. We look forward to installing these designs shortly and showing pics of the finished area.
